PCP Day 85

Only 5 days left....

The workouts this week are going to be hard especially with the introduction of Supersets - the combination of 2-3 exercises immediately after each other. Going to push through and finish to try and lose the last couple of pesky kgs to reach my goal of 100.

  1. Man, your progress is just fantastic... looking at your day 1 pics side-by-side with your latest its unreal. Loads of changes... face, shoulders, clavicle, neck, obliques, abs... everything is more defined.
